Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped through USPS/UPS services.

We use DHL/UPS for all international shipping. All tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges

We hope you like our products! However, if you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer an exchange or credit for goods within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping is not provided. Please email us at info@thewaxappleshop.com with any questions. We do not offer returns. Thank you!
